L' obiettivo dell'Analisi Bioenergetica è: favorire nelle persone un'approccio creativo alla vita .
L'approccio creativo alla vita implies new and imaginative responses the different situations that each person must face daily.
The need for new and original answers is urgent in a complex world in constant motion .
this urgent contains both a promise than a threat. The promise is the ability to deliver significant approaches appropriate to our times, and this is part of the dynamics of a culture of life. The risk has basically two sides:
- the mechanical type, the opposite of creativity;
- erroneously considered worth the experience for the experience, which produces confusion.
The experience itself does not necessarily contribute to the growth and development, for it must be integrated with the personality of that particular person, must be treated creatively, so as to promote:
- developing the capacity to appreciate life;
- The deepening of self-knowledge / e;
- the expansion of the integrated whole of his being;
- the deepening of emotional ties and relationships in a broad sense, including social
- developing the capacity to contribute to the production of meaning their community.
The basic principle of creativity is summarized in the definition of the creative act:

The creative fusion of antithetical aspects of personality is an unconscious , but can be promoted consciously and intentionally.
Bioenergetics Analysis teaches creative approach to get familiar with the original source of human creativity that is outside of conscious control, and confidently and skilfully to sink our roots into the layers of our unconscious personality.
In the context of the above, personal growth, to expand the awareness and increase the connections between the various parts of our personality, is the state of being that makes possible the fusion the opposites within the self, and between the self and the outside world.
Any aspect of personality, look, we highlight the principle of polarity, and from what follows a dual approach to all the experiences :
a) the experience is perceived to body level, in its manifestation in the form originally unconscious;
b) the experience is polarized, that is called into relationship with an opposite sign and is integrated with it. The polarization is a function of the ego , which contains all the experiences the history of life of a person.
attention is trained to oscillate rhythmically and rapidly between these two aspects of experience and between the internal and external world.
Let's see, now, in summary, 5 steps towards bio-energy creativity :
1st) Identification with the body and integration body ego, the body repair division and devaluation-manipulation body reduced to a machine or image narcissistic
2nd) Development of the pleasure of being alive / and in the here-and-now as the foundation of conscious activities ;
3rd) Exploration-acceptance of sensations and feelings uncensored and with the aim of managing polarity "expression / control" in a mature and rich;
4th) understanding of the interdependence of all personality functions ;
5th) Humility in recognition of our interdependence on the natural and social
6th) Creativity .
