Map Of The Rings: Eye area, mandibular area, neck, shoulder girdle, diaphragm, chest and waist area, the deep abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, hips, knees, ankles, feet and toes.
The three caskets: pelvis, chest and head.
The two channels: channel visceral (respiratory, digestive and urogenital), the front body and the spinal canal in the back of the body.
The 3 layers: the innermost layer of the viscera (endoderm), the middle layer, skeletal-muscle (mesoderm), the outer layer, the sensory-nervous system and skin (ectoderm).
with the method based on the grounding :
- rooted to the ground and orthostatic position,
- complete thoracic-abdominal breathing,
- cenesthetic perception (internal),
- movement,
- expression,
- cyclicality from charge-discharge cycle, activation-quiet,
- polarity ratio bodily, emotional, mental,
- dynamic content and emotional self-energy,
- integration, connection, relationship,
- Imagination (scenarios and metaphors).
Positions:
