bioenergetic approach to life involves special exercises that are learned as well as in individual therapy sessions and group meetings also referred to as "classes of bioenergetic exercises. These exercises encourage the flow of excitation current vital that comes from the rhythmic pulsing of cells, tissues and organs, like so many streams that form the total flow punctuated by heartbeat and respiratory cycle.
innate motility of the organism, the nature within us, not only is the source of spontaneous actions, and emotional abandonment of the inner workings, but it derives voluntary movement when it occurs in a harmonious and effective . The voluntary movement is under conscious control, such as walking, talking, eating, etc.. The free flow of excitation life gives us a sense of personal integrity and confidence in our ability to connect to our natural environment e sociale. Gli esercizi bioenergetici si basano su 5 linee-guida:
- il radicamento a terra, la percezione continua del sostegno che la terra ci fornisce;
- l'integrazione tra la respirazione completa (toracica e addominale) e la struttura scheletrico-muscolare;
- l'integrazione tra bacino, torace e testa;

learning of bioenergetic exercises helps us to develop and manage our vitality and our emotions in everyday life and, thus, work to repair the split-exploitation of the body typical of Western modernity: the split-exploitation is one with the separation from nature and the earth, the devaluation of women's exploitation-like ability to "take care" with the destruction of the sense of community and the obsession with power as domination.
Jealous Livia has a degree in philosophy and competent in psychology, is a psychotherapist and teacher of the Italian Society for Bioenergetic Analysis (SIAB). E 'specializes in sports psychology and has extensive experience in the field of self and mutual help groups and women's health and identity. L' obiettivo dell'Analisi Bioenergetica è: favorire nelle persone un'approccio creativo alla vita .
L'approccio creativo alla vita implies new and imaginative responses the different situations that each person must face daily.
The need for new and original answers is urgent in a complex world in constant motion .
this urgent contains both a promise than a threat. The promise is the ability to deliver significant approaches appropriate to our times, and this is part of the dynamics of a culture of life. The risk has basically two sides:
- the mechanical type, the opposite of creativity;
- erroneously considered worth the experience for the experience, which produces confusion.
The experience itself does not necessarily contribute to the growth and development, for it must be integrated with the personality of that particular person, must be treated creatively, so as to promote:
- developing the capacity to appreciate life;
- The deepening of self-knowledge / e;
- the expansion of the integrated whole of his being;
- the deepening of emotional ties and relationships in a broad sense, including social
- developing the capacity to contribute to the production of meaning their community.
The basic principle of creativity is summarized in the definition of the creative act:
- the creative act is the fusion of two seemingly contradictory points of view in a single view .
And the plan is the extension of human creativity of life, which proceeds through the integration of opposing forces and needs, to the rhythms and cycles.

The creative fusion of antithetical aspects of personality is an unconscious , but can be promoted consciously and intentionally.
Bioenergetics Analysis teaches creative approach to get familiar with the original source of human creativity that is outside of conscious control, and confidently and skilfully to sink our roots into the layers of our unconscious personality.
In the context of the above, personal growth, to expand the awareness and increase the connections between the various parts of our personality, is the state of being that makes possible the fusion the opposites within the self, and between the self and the outside world.
Any aspect of personality, look, we highlight the principle of polarity, and from what follows a dual approach to all the experiences :
a) the experience is perceived to body level, in its manifestation in the form originally unconscious;
b) the experience is polarized, that is called into relationship with an opposite sign and is integrated with it. The polarization is a function of the ego , which contains all the experiences the history of life of a person.
attention is trained to oscillate rhythmically and rapidly between these two aspects of experience and between the internal and external world.
Let's see, now, in summary, 5 steps towards bio-energy creativity :
1st) Identification with the body and integration body ego, the body repair division and devaluation-manipulation body reduced to a machine or image narcissistic
2nd) Development of the pleasure of being alive / and in the here-and-now as the foundation of conscious activities ;
3rd) Exploration-acceptance of sensations and feelings uncensored and with the aim of managing polarity "expression / control" in a mature and rich;
4th) understanding of the interdependence of all personality functions ;
5th) Humility in recognition of our interdependence on the natural and social
6th) Creativity .

Being Adult / e means to have developed the ability to directly attack the source of the pleasure of being alive / and, or, unplug the cord from the original figure of care (mother, father, etc..), or / lle successive / substitutes and s (group of friends, best friend, partner, etc.). and attacked him directly at Mama Vita, from belly to belly.
not to isolate ourselves from / lle other s, but in order to create a soil in which grow all the other pleasures of life and adult relationships, in which there is interdependence mature and not childish dependence, and so develop the basic trust and the ability to cope with difficulties and sorrows. The
abdomen, the pelvis is the seat of our sense of belonging to life, earth, nature, understood as the cosmos. Life's blood through the heart beat and breath, the earth sustains us and nourishes us, nature welcomes us in the infinite network of connections dance of the cosmos.
Yesterday, Viagrande (CT), in Sicily is the land of my family, I experienced all this with greater fullness and clarity. A hug to those who were with me and helped my moment of grace!
