Bioenergetics, instinctive intelligence, Corporeity
The GroundInstinct Method © is based on bioenergetics paradigm, ie, the "grounding", considering prime example of ' instinctual intelligence. In addition, starting from the fact that Alexander Lowen Bioenergetic Analysis based on the centrality, in Western thought, the opposition "mind / body" and the fight for this division, re-evaluating the second term, body, to enhance the "wisdom "The GroundInstinct © Method aims to conceptualize the notion of instinctual intelligence what Lowen called "Wisdom of the Body," located in the conceptualization of the current debate concerning the overall redefinition of the modern Western knowledge, or, in the framework of the so-called "speech on modernity. "
This target seems to, inter alia, contribute to the shift co-relational focus on affect regulation currently in place in psychoanalysis, the search for therapy on the basis of bodily injury, as well as current developments neuroscience as the discovery of "mirror neurons" - central to the phenomenon of empathy - Italian made by the team led by Giacomo Rizzolatti and Corrado Sinigaglia, the identification of the "enteric nervous system (ENS)" by the U.S. team led by Michael D. Gershon, the development of understanding of the functions of the vagus nerve in the autonomic nervous system by the U.S. team led by Stephen Porges, who was responsible for the development of the "Theory polivagale.
The GroundInstinct Method © will, therefore, to focus, together with the opposition "mind / body," which considers the cognitive counterpart of it, that is, the opposition reason / instinct "is in fact evident that the "reason" Western Modern is defined precisely in opposition to the 'instinct "and" corporate "inextricably linked to it. Conceptualize the existence of 'instinctual intelligence obviously not reduced to rigid behavior and "primitive", "reptilian", may be today's development of the current research and experience, from Goethe to the present day, crossed the 'West, strongly affecting the arts, especially dance and theater, and philosophy, but also the "romantic science" in its aspirations vitalistic, and there has been a place of choice in the Germanic world which, not surprisingly, also belonged to Wilhelm Reich, Lowen teacher.
a) il lavoro con le polarità;
b) la triplice sfaccettatura dell'esperienza sulla base della morfologia corporea, ovvero, l'insieme di bacino, torace e testa;
