COS’E’ L’INCENERIMENTO ?
Termovalorizzatori, gassificatori, pirolizzatori sono only some of the new terms now used to describe a technology, one of the incineration, which again has nothing. So let us just that "energy plant" is a term that should not be used, the European Community in fact, has warned Italy from using this word, as it is a scam and sociological record as plants emphasize little, and the term gives rise to misunderstandings and confusion. At most we might call these plants incinerators! But what we see are more in detail.
Incinerators are simply "chimneys" that burn waste incinerators are evolving (incinerators) when you use the heat produced by combustion to produce electricity. The gasifier instead divided the process into two stages: through a process of pyrolysis (molecular dissociation) converts organic materials into gas by heating in the presence of small amounts of oxygen, forming a synthetic gas (syngas) in the second phase of the process is burned and again, from the combustion process is derived electricity.
What waste incinerators FEEDING?
fuel for incinerators is waste, but contrary to popular belief, not everyone can be incinerated. The metals, glass can be found at the exit equipment and all food waste is not burned because they have a very low calorific value, not so convenient to produce energy. What, then, these incinerators that burn? Only 35% of the total waste! The rest ends up in landfill anyway! In addition to unsorted municipal waste and some villages dry fuel "favorite" from incinerators is the so-called RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) which is made mostly from plastic, rubber, paper and wood. Or just burn some of the most highly recyclable materials!
In this way we can also understand why the collection is both promoted alongside incineration. In this fact, to differentiate means to separate waste to prepare them to become eco-bales ready to be burned to CDR! If not differentiated plastic, wood, paper, would be in the midst of food scraps that have low calorific value and therefore should be separated a posteriori to be burned. With incineration, the collection fails! No different for reuse, saving on production costs and raw materials, saving the energy needed to build from scratch every new object is different to facilitate incineration!
EMISSIONI
The more sophisticated the technology of the systems, the higher the combustion temperature that is generated, the smaller the nano-powders produced in the incineration process. It so happens that the combustion temperatures of these systems, leave nano-particles smaller than PM 10. But what are these particles?
These particles as the other pollutants, are known to be persistent , that is resistant to natural degradation processes; bioaccumulative because they accumulate in the tissues of living animals moved from one organism to another through the food chain; tossiche in quanto sono patologiche per la salute degli organismi con cui entrano in contatto fino a provocarne la morte e altamente cancerogene in grado quindi di generare tumori!
Dust, hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and carbon oxides. All of these substances are highly polluting and highly toxic to aquatic organisms.
THE SAKE OF THOSE WHO THEN, you build incinerators?
Incineration is a technology-destructive and harmful in many ways, not least economic. Since 1992, thanks to a little game legislation, developers of incinerators are eligible for public money earmarked for renewable energy (CIP6) ( http://www.gse.it/attivita/Incentivo%% 20impianti 20CIP692/Documents/provvedimento_CIP6_92.pdf ) and used for the construction and maintenance of the facilities. Since that date, PUBLIC € 30 billion have been skillfully captured by the oil companies and manufacturers of large incinerators subtracting the money to alternative energy sources!
's so then that is paid incineration: through a 7% increase on the bills ENEL that each taxpayer pays regularly!
why incinerators are now also produce a minimum of energy, because that energy is considered "renewable" and therefore can benefit from the subsidies CIP6. Energy among other things, is not even equal to what is spent to make them work! When the scandal emerged, the government then decided to grant the CIP6 only plants already under construction by December 31, 2007. But in the financial year 2007/2008, the public subsidies were extended to the ski only at project approved by the 31/12/07 and not yet under construction. Thanks to this measure and the attempt to sign the final approval by the Special Commissioner of waste Marrazzo - temporarily stopped only by the numerous appeals from the fight and fielded - the incinerator Albano can take advantage of € 400 million that PUBLIC would be sufficient to make self-sufficient energeticamente tutta la provincia di Roma escluso il capoluogo, attraverso pannelli fotovoltaici.
Come se non bastassero i milioni di euro derivati dai CIP6 ,una quotazione di mercato per l’energia venduta, i contributi CONAI per lo smaltimento degli imballaggi ed ulteriori sussidi per i certificati verdi, rendono even more appealing to these private for-profit facilities that earn their owners up to 70 € of public money for every ton of waste burned.
is unclear, because this solution to the waste is still held in Italy, when the whole world is trying to discard it, only in the interests of a few pockets of the damage and health of citizens. It follows from the structure of this mechanism, there is a willingness to proceed towards a development model where the waste materials, their non-recycling, the waste is still encouraged to go just to earn the big producers materials and who will be assigned to incinerate them.
WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVES?
There have long been alternative methods of waste management to that of heat treatment. They are a reality in many European countries and in Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc. ..
The rejection is more easily disposable product that is not , we must then go immediately to a reduction of waste in industrial production as it did six months in Berlin, which has reduced waste by 50%. Reduce packaging, use of disposable products and the elimination of unnecessary packaging would lead to a smaller amount of waste to be managed. The reuse of materials should be encouraged by promoting the use of products on tap (detergents, oil, wine, water, and all the dry food, pasta, legumes, etc. ..) just like it did the Piedmont Region with a promotion in supermarkets (see here). Must be incentives for the vacuum-to-make, as in many cities of northern Italy and Europe ', not only for glass materials but generally larger. With these points in other cities it has gone in a few months to a drastic reduction of waste at source.
Parts of wet waste (which alone represents 30-40% of total waste) should be treated by composting which allows the biological trasormazione Reusable excellent fertilizer in agriculture. Plants to be built for this type of procedure that can make a correct evaluation of the waste damp.
The remaining dry waste products that are still to be RECYCLED through door to door in other Italian cities (see Treviso) combined with composting, brought in a few months to a total waste recycling 80 %. The door to door provides a 'recycling education, a greater separation of waste disposal bins from the streets. Incineration should be converted to the existing recycling and composting facilities, and in this direction must essere spesi i nuovi investimenti (in teoria già stanziati ma non utilizzati per questi fini).
Quest’ultima, la fase Biological , aims to stabilize the organic fraction and make it usable for non-agricultural uses (second quality compost), or as material for landscape restoration of degraded areas, road surfaces or the filling of old quarries. The ultimate goal is to make active inert organic materials to reduce 90% of their environmental impact and make them reusable sands industry.
The only way to stop a massacre and an injustice such as the construction of an incinerator in the area of \u200b\u200bRoncigliano (Albano) is to mobilize all and all, together and coordinated. There is also need your participation !
not delegate to others the decisions, decide directly on your future!
on Video:
What are Nanoparticles emitted by incinerators?
This is the real disinformation
But I will condemn us without tiring, just follow with continuity and give you lots of news, many news that the state and the current political class will not tell you and never will.
Why? Because they are linked to large holding companies, financial ropes, banks, in other words they are linked to the god for their money and a sick population becomes a source of wealth, which is why I will not say never.
But if you want to know, know and be informed about the truth. Well, follow us, follow our movement party http://www.perilbenecomune.net/
